I had gone from 5 to 6 sites to look for the floss for this pattern. None at all is showing for how many or which color to use. Have fun.

What do you see that is incorrect? I just double checked the pattern file we have and compared it to the supply list and it matches?

Kristi -- I expected to see RED, White and Blue only

The pattern has grays, pinks and purples in it.

The 817 doesn't look like flag red to me and the 939 navy is way too dark.

The list just didn't seem right to me.

Yeah, for just a flag pattern it does have a lot of different colors but that's the color key on the design :)

Good thing that the floss list is there! I would have bought just red white and blue! It must be too many colors for this one old stitcher!

IF I DECIDE TO STITCH THIS -- I will only be using the good old red, white and blue. Also, definitely the suggested red or blue.

However, I do like this a lot. Great piece to carry around to doctor visits, etc. would be able to stitch large areas in one color only without having to worry about getting off my count.

Maybe it's supposed to have sun, shade, etc reflecting off of it?

I just display the flag - much less work. :)
