Our products get mailed out to you and they are not available in downloadable format. You will be able to tell what a certain product is by looking at the "Product Type" that is located to the right of the picture of the pattern. If it states "Product Type: Cross Stitch pattern" then it's just a counted cross stitch pattern. If it states "Product Type: Cross Stitch Kit" and then gives the name of the manufacturer, then it is a kit that will have everything in it that you will need to stitch the design.

Some of our counted cross stitch patterns will have their supplies listed for them (like the design that you pictured with this post) the supplies, such as the floss and the fabric, are listed right underneath of the picture. So, if you choose, you can purchase the pattern, the floss and the fabric all at the same time and once the order is placed, we will gather everything up and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. If a design doesn't have a supply list listed and you would like to see it, just contact us either on here or by email and we will get it posted within a business day.

Turn around time for orders is about 2-3 days and depending on your shipping method that you choose at the time of ordering depends on how fast you get your order. We offer USPS first class mail, USPS Priority Mail and UPS as our shipping options.
