Hi,
If you put your cursor on the TITLE below the picture you added to your "chat" and click you should see a listing of the floss you need for this project below the picture under "Supplies". I tried it and just saw the menu with all the floss colors you need. Hope this helps! If you still have difficulty don't give up, Kristi who is the Customer Service Rep at Everything Cross Stitch will be able to help you! The customer service dept. on ECS is excellent. I'm just a stitcher on ECS "chat message board", not an employee.
This is a Heaven and Earth design and it is beautiful!! If you've never stitched an HAED pattern, you'll be amazed at the beautiful detail of it!

There are a lot of flosses in this project. Do you see where the "1" is between the color# and the price? That is the number of skeins necessary. In this particular piece you only need one of each color. Sometimes additional skeins are necessary.

You may already of some of these flosses in your personal stash. You are not obligated to buy them all.

Yes, all the floss listed that you'll need should be there but feel free to call the Customer Service number which is: 1 -800-800-8517 if you have any questions or concerns. They are an excellent customer service dept. Just an FYI, the Customer Service is closed on weekends.
Have a happy Thanksgiving!

I just received my kit today, heaven and earth designs, portrait of father Christmas. It came with the 25 count Dublin Linden 18" x 27".

The instructions state that each chart is marked with arrows to indicate the center, however we cannot locate arrows on any of the chart pages. The instructions also state that they believe it is easier to begin from the top left corner of page 1 and follow the chart page by page to the bottom right corner of the last page.

The finished design size is 15 and seven eights inches wide by 20 and three eights inches high on 25 count fabric. The problem is that it stays I should have 3 inches on all sides to allow for framing and matting of the finished project. There is enough inches in length on the fabric but there is not enough inches on the width to allow for 3 inches on each side. There is only enough to allow for maybe 1 inch on each side with respect to the width. This is going to be hard to stitch. Does anybody have any ideas?

I found a large piece of fabric on amazon for a HEVEAN ON EARTH design

It appears that they sent me the wrong size linen. At peace saloon was $62. Therefore I'm not going to purchase another one, they're going to have to fix it and send me the right size. Thanks again for letting me know about Amazon

It is frustrating when you don't receive what you ordered. if you purchased it from Everything Cross Stitch and it is their mistake they will make sure that it is corrected.

Bud,
Suggest you re-measure the new material you will be receiving so you have the 3 inches each side for mounting and framing. By the 15 7/8 inches wide by 20 3/8 inches high you previously mentioned is the completed stitched area, your new material (and I rounded up to the next WHOLE NUMBER) should be at LEAST 22 inches WIDE x 27 inches HIGH.

If you don't see the arrows and want to start in the Upper Left corner of the material, then measure 3 inches IN from the upper Left EDGE of the material and make a light pencil mark; then measure 3 inches DOWN from the upper Left Edge of your fabric and make a light pencil mark. Where the vertical and horizontal pencil marks MEET is where you stitch your first "X' to begin the pattern in the upper Left corner.
Be careful NOT to cause any "ridge" lines when going from one page to the next. A few variable "overlap" cross stitches from one page to the other will help prevent the "ridges" from occurring.
remember: Ruffles potato chips aren't the only thing that can have "ridges"....:)

Bermuda. They truly didn't send me the size linen I ordered. Even the sku #'s are different. Was very disappointing this weekend so I wanted to get it started. Now I have to wait for them to reship, but I have to get in touch with them tomorrow to start with
