Happy Thanksgiving from ECS and office closing details :)
Hello everyone!!

We just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!! We hope you get to enjoy making memories with your friends and family and also get to enjoy some yummy food :) Just a reminder that we will be closed Thursday and Friday this week so the message board posts as well as any phone messages won't get answered or returned until we come back on Monday. As always, emails will get answered but the response time won't be as quick as usual. Again, everyone here at ECS wishes you all a very Happy Thanksgiving and we will be back on Monday :)

KRISTI -- I hope that Miss C is wrong about you going to work the day after Thanksgiving. You posted that ECS was taking a four day week-end. I hope that you didn't feel guilty about being away from all of us this week-end. On the other hand, I hope you have a huge bottle of aspirin or Tylenol for your return to work on Monday.

Mrs Nancy why a huge bottle of Tylenol why don t say she will be fine when the day or several of them are over. I know how work get the person tired sometimes and I believe she enjoy working there she won t need any of Tylenol or aspirin. I din t say anything except after I had seen that somebody from chat had said she had got an email from the office (Kristi) that what get me to go on the chat and write about the vacation.

MISS -- I SINCERLY APOOGIZE. I did not mean to insult you this time. I said that I hoped you were wrong not you definitely were wrong. You stated at least twice that someone was in the office answering e-mails and that someone else would be there on Christmas. ECS is not a 24/7 business. The employees all deserve time away from their jobs. Customer service is a tough job. If no one answers a phone or replies to an email on a holiday it is not the end of the world.

So true, Nancye. Heaven knows we all have enough stuff to keep us busy for an extended weekend.

Now I have to go through my fabric stash again so I can donate everything that is smaller than 28ct. Darn why wasn't I thinking of that earlier.

TEXAS _ You are thinking about donating your smaller than 28 ct fabric? Are you donating the Good Will or other thrift store.

Please consider sending me 14 ct light colors to me. I will reimburse you for the postage. I have been stitiching for World of Charity Stitching. (http://worldofcharitystitching.blogspot.com/). They make donated cross stitched squares into quilts, pillows, walker bags, tote bags, etc. The finished pieces are donated to Ronald McDonald House and seniors in residential homes

Most of the squares that I stitch are on 9x 9 inches squares

Thanks a bunch

Gladly, Nancye, I don't have much Aida but will send other fabric as well. Can you use 18ct? I love it when things go to good homes.
I'll get it in the mail on the 7th. We have several out of town dental appointments coming up.
My email is shester1003@sbcglobal.net
Nancye, please, don't even worry about the postage.
It's been raining for three days and three nights. I love the rain but not the problems it's causing for some. In any case, I am working on my organizing task still and looking out on the fall foliage. Even in TX there are a few trees that turn colors. :)

We used to have trees...with leaves. Any trees that didn't drop their leaves before, dropped the leaves when the limbs broke off--what a mess. Massive fence posts everywhere. The ice came in and stayed just long enough to leave thousands without power, closed roads due to those lines being all over the roads. But the loss of all those beautiful trees...replaced by the grinding of chainsaws...not a pleasant exchange...

Sorry to hear that, VCESS. Did this occur recently? I haven't been able to watch anything lately.
