It is all cross stitch it does nt say anything about half or 1/4 cross stitch at all.

I checked the Vickery Collections website for information on this and I didn't find anything that stated it had specialty stitches used in this design. I am guessing that it's all full stitches but I am not 100% about it. I do not have a copy of this design in my office to verify at the current moment :(
