I receive a package from ECS yesterday (December 4th). It was ordered on 11/30 and shipped on 12/01. That is pretty quick. ECS is in Dayton, OH and I am in St. Louis, MO

ECS sends and e-mail confirmation that says your order has been processed and and in the body of the e"-mail you will see "click here" for shipment information......or something like that. If you click on "click here" it will show you when your order was shipped and give you an estimated time of arrival to your address. All of my orders have been shipped in a very timely manner and I have received my all of my orders by the estimated date. I'm in Texas for the winter and have had my last order shipped here and am expecting another order this week. I like the fact that they give me this estimated time of arrival so I know when I can watch my mail. I ordered from a company that did not send an e-mail like this and after 2 weeks I had to call the company to find out if my order was shipped. What a pain!

Depending on what is ordered, our turn around time to get orders is 2-4 business days. The delivery time depends on what shipping method was chosen at the time the order is placed. We offer first class mail, which can take 7-10 business day; Priority Mail, which can take 3-5 business days and we off UPS which goes by the state and I believe New York is 2 day zone. You will receive an email confirmation when the order ships out and it should contain a tracking number in it. Hope this information helps. Thank you :)
