Layered Words
This is a unique design that has 2 levels of text overlaid on each other. creating a wonderful effect. Another nice touch is the combination of single and four strand lettering has the effect of calligraphy. The only possible negative I have to say about the pattern is the plainness of the lettering for the names and date.

Just because it is a kit doesn't mean you can't make changes. Find an alphabet that you like better and use it. There lots of free alphabets available on-line. You can make the outer area smaller if you want to make the names and dates larger.
Remember, there are no rules that say you must follow the pattern exactly as it shown.

Pretty, but I wouldn't be able to stop myself from filling in those leaves with 1/4 stitches.

Quarter stitches would be nice, but covered by a lot of the back stitching. Also a pain on Aida.
