I had bought 4 patterns from the designer and all of them come as a leaflet. I think U will get your pattern as a leaflet too and the pattern is in black and white.

If you just check the comments on the Murky Manor item page, you will see that it is a large pattern. Stitchers seldom suggest making a working copy in sections, so I deuce that it is a easily readable big one page chart. It is in black and white.
These charts take a bit of time, but are fun to do. The designer is always helpful and enjoys her work!
