I'm new at this... working on my first project. :) Are the symbols on charts (indicating stitch type) kind of universal? I lost the "code" for the symbols on the work chart... woe is me. It was a pretty long list. I wrote to Dimension (I think) and ask the same question, but not sure they will answer. Thanks for any info to a newbie! Eileen

Hello Eileen....To answer your question about the symbols being "universal"...no...they are not. Each designer and company uses whatever symbols they wish to represent colors. If you contacted Dimensions and didn't receive a reply...I would do that again. You will not be able to complete the design without the symbol chart to follow. Best of luck to you. I do not work for ECS...I am just a person who has stitched "for ages"!!
