Well the description says "pattern" that generally means that you have to order the fabric, floss and embellishments (if there are any) separately. Below also appears a list of floss colors required to stitch the motif. It would appear that you received what you had ordered.

I just pulled up the pattern file for this design and everything is listed there for this design. It should contain the actual black and white chart, a color key, the type of stitches that are used and then a whole page on how to create and finish the ornament. If you received the wrong item for your order, please contact our Customer Service dept either by phone (800-800-8517 M-F 8am to 5pm EST) or by email: sales@everythingcrossstitch.com. They will just need your order number or first and last name to look up the order and they will be able to help you. The pattern file we have is correct though, so I am guessing you received the wrong item. Our customer service dept will be able to help you though so just contact them :)
