Does this pattern come with the aida clolth or do I have to order it separately?
What is the difference between Wichelt aida and MCG aida cloth? Do I need all
of the colors listed in the box under supplies?

The pattern is just a pattern. You can choose one of the suggested Aida cloths below or use your own. The difference in the cloth listed is quality - some prefer the feel of the higher quality cloth and some, since this is a cover-all pattern where the cloth doesn't show, prefer a less expensive option. Yes, all the colours listed are needed for the pattern in the quantities specified. If you have your own floss stash at home, you can check the list against your stash and only order what you need.

hi - I use the wichelt fabric for my cover all projects because it is a better quality fabric and holds its shape while I am working on it which may be anywhere from 6 months to a year. I learned the hard way with the flosses - on my first cover all project I used from my stash rather than buy all new. I ran out of one of the major colors (DMC threads) and went to my local store to replace it. Not thinking twice I started in the area where I ran out of the thread and about 200 stitches later I began to see a distinct subtle change in colors. It was in an area that was wooded so I was the only one to notice it but it always bothers me when I see it. So my advice - if you are going to put that much work into your project spend the extra money on the better quality fabric and get all new threads so they will match. You have chosen a beautiful project - keep us posted on your progress. Have a great week.
