No it is just that you pay for your pattern and you will receive it in the mail. About the floss and the fabric you ask to get it at the same time when you purchase the pattern. Good luck. You just have to go on the top to customer service and click on it and buy your pattern by your card or a check in the mail.

Go to the customer service link at the top of the page and click on "my account" to set up your account. You will need your e-mail address and choose a password and then you are all set. When you order a pattern all you have to do is sign in to your account and add the pattern you want to your cart. When you are ready to checkout it will take you through it step by step. I order from here all the time. If you have any problems Customer service will be glad to help you. The only problem is that there are so many great patterns that I have ordered more than I will probably ever get to. LOL

Some are books with several patterns in them, and some are very complicated patterns with 15 to 20 pages of instructions. There are also beginning cross stitching kits here so you can work your way up to the harder ones. I have been stitching for over 30 years and I worked my way up to the bigger and more complicated ones.
