I looked at it and am tempted to say that it includes the letters. Just having the surrounds would make little sense but I've heard of so many strange things these designers do that nothing would surprise me. I wonder if it includes the entire alphabet and 10 surrounds or only 10 letters with corresponding surrounds. That is definitely a question for Kristi and I am confident that she will respond on Monday.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I was out of the office yesterday due to illness. I have checked with our distributor about this pattern and this is the description they have for it, "Patterns for monograms as well as ten borders or surrounds." I hope this helps!
