DEBSHABTY......
Did you happen to see the cross stitch chart "Power and Presence" by Artecy? It's a very powerful scene of an African elephant....since you love to cross stitch elephants...

MISS C -- Did you actually read the above post????? Bermuda asked Debshanty, who loves to stitch elephants, if she had seen a specific pattern. It is very nice that you try to help people. However, going to google and pinterest are not always the easiest answer. In this particular case, all you would have to do is look on the ECS site.

I suspect you and I are a lot alike. we spend way to much timereading the posts on ChitChat. I know I should chat less and stitch more.

Best Regards

No matter how long you are gone from here, some things never change!

Wow, that is a mighty powerful piece. Too much of one color for me! This is from the girl who ordered the white peacocks. No TXS, I haven't started it yet.

Can you believe that I'm still stitching that damn ole baby sampler! Baby ABC by Design Works. It's 16x20 and it's very easy, but tedious. I have two more blocks to go and I will be finished. It's been rip and stitch, rip and stitch, ugh! It's got to be so boring that I had to put it down and work on something else. September last year was when I started it. Won't do it again - for sure. But it's beautiful.

I completed the baby afghan and made it into a quilt instead and it turned out beautifully. Will post picture later.

I have this and intend to make it for my granddaughter. It may end up being a wedding present (she is 12 now) as it is a lot of stitching. Beautiful design. My luck I will get it over half done and she will decide she doesn't like elephants anymore...........then again she has liked them since she was 3 so maybe not. :)
I have thought about gridding the material as it may be the only way to keep straight on where I am at.
