ECS only sends out hard copy patterns. Other sites have downloadable files, but they are listed as such on those sites. Personally I like having a nice copy on heavier paper. Nicer to keep on file if you ever want to stitch it again. ECS is VERY quick sending out orders. Depending on where you live, you could have it in about a week. If you need to order floss and fabric, those wouldn't be able to be sent through email and you wouldn't be able to start the project anyway. ;-)
