I agree. I can receive an order from ECC within ten days to New Zealand and still be waiting for an order to come from a company in Australia a month or more later.

I'm going to praise Kristi.... some of these posts have just the dumbest questions ever, or are really stupid. She's always polite in her answers and tries her hardest to give the best information available to her at the time. I don't know how she does it, but kudos to her for her patience and diligence.
