I always feel that way too and then 2 hrs later I'm in the kitchen making a turkey sandwich...lol...Are you going "black" Friday shopping? I'm not ..don't really have anything but a k-mart here...but I also don't need to buy anything...

I gave up on going out on "Black Fridays" years ago when I was crushed in a crowd waiting to get into a Walmart. When DH and I did get through the doors, I saw two women fighting and screaming at each other over some merchandise and saw Walmart employees running to the electronics dept because of a lot of yelling being heard from that area. DH and I looked at each other and left and won't do it again, NOR the SATURDAY and SUNDAY after Thanksgiving.

A wonderful quiet day...watching the half time show and thinking, after looking at the Dallas cowboy cheerleaders , that I don't need that piece of pie....lol.
Walmart can be scary.....never been a big fan of crowds, I love that I can buy almost everything online...

I agree. DH and I do a lot of online, especially since the children and grandchildren are North, West and Midwest. The buying, wrapping, shipping and many times free delivery really helps to make gift-giving so hassle-free.

Ok, I've heard "nothing tastes as good as feeling thin"...PHOOEY. Today sure did come close! :) The company you keep really is the best condiment at the table! :) except for pie... :) that's a whole different class of food! LOL
