U have to wait they are in vacation for the 4 days of the holiday of thanksgiving. Monday they will open and you can get to order what you have I just did the size of the 4 charts from this cross stitch leaflet and there is no floss no. I think you have to buy the chart then add your floss. Have fun

PS. Just wait to Monday and call them from the top under the word customer service and place you order. Have fun and good luck.

I've been thinking the same thing. That is the downside of taking a long-weekend in any job

As you had seen that kirsti was working the day of the thanksgiving and I am sure she will be off for Christmas. She and Jenefer will alternate the work for the next month for the business to be going everything take time to grow even the baby in his mother tummy.

A woman job never end although when she is holding an outside job the responsibililties are more over her head.
