Baby Alpaca a Cross Stitch Pattern by Cross-Point Designs
Intelligent and beautiful, this baby alpaca has an interest in a fluttering butterfly. This design uses alpaca yarn to create the baby alpaca, and DMC six strand cotton floss for the alpaca's surroundings. Instructions are included for stitching with the alpaca yarn on 11 count Aida or alternatively for using DMC floss exclusively for use on 11 count or larger count fabrics.

I really liked the end product, but the colors are very different from what you see pictured if you use DMC floss. The greens are much brighter than the more olive-ish colors in the picture. Also the beiges and browns were reversed; where the picture showed light colors, the floss colors were dark and vice versa. It still came out very nicely, but if I were to do it again I'd use different greens.
