On a recent trip to the beach, this saying popped into my head. I like the simplicity and rhythm of it. Has a peaceful, meditative, calming effect. Says:

Be Still and Know I Am.

Be Still and Know.

Be Still.

Model stitched on 14 count cream fabric and is stitched in DMC blue-green (3803), but feel free to change fabric and thread colors to your personal taste.

All stitches are cross stitch. Stitch count is 48 high and 95 wide.
