How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will go out the next business day as we try to keep a lot of things in stock for our customers. However, there are items that we do need to order from our distributor and those items can take a day or two to come in and because of that some orders will take 2-3 business *days* to go out once they are placed. The method of shipment chosen at the time of checkout for the order, will determine how quickly your package gets to you.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and check/money orders via mail.
Are all of your prices in US funds?
Yes, all of the prices on our web site are in US currency. If you're outside the US and purchase by credit card, your credit card company will take care of the currency conversion automatically. If you choose to pay by check or money order, you will need to go to your bank and make sure that the check or money order is made out in US funds.
Can I add an item to my order?
Sorry, but we can not add items to an order that has been placed. The reason is because when an order is completed, an authorization is put on your credit card and it cannot be increased. But Don't Worry! If you forgot something you can Click Here to Contact Us and we can replace your order with new that includes the items you would like to add.
I tracked my package and it states it is out for delivery but there are no further updates. What's up?
USPS tracking is normally updated daily, however there have been cases where a package has not been scanned and tracking was not updated. We recommend that you check tracking again at a later time and you should see a location for where your package is.
How do I place an order?
All orders will get placed online. Once you have selected items you wish to purchase and added them to your shopping cart, follow the checkout procedure and the final step will be payment. Once completed you will receive your 6 digit order number.
When will my backordered Item(s) ship?
Backordered items arrive to us every day from our distributors. As soon as your backordered item arrives, your item will be shipped to you the same day. If your backordered item(s) reaches 30 days old, this will automatically be cancelled and refunded to you.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account with us will allow you to keep a status on your order and recover your order history.
I placed an order. Why is the charge on my credit card pending?
When you place your order a pending charge or authorization is put on your account. That pending charge just means the funds are set aside, waiting for the merchant (That’s Us) to complete the order. When we ship your order, we go back and complete the transaction. That is when the payment is actually made. So don’t worry. The pending charge will be there, and it’s supposed to be, until we complete your order.
Why do I sometimes see two different transactions on my credit card statement for my orders?
When you place your order, your credit card is authorized which means that the card is verified. When we are ready to ship your order, we capture the transaction, which means the funds are actually moved from your account into ours. This may look a little confusing, but it protects you from being charged before your items ship! The card authorization just falls off of your account in a day or two. Believe it or not, this happens all the time with online merchants who do their credit card processing "correctly". It may seem confusing, but it protects you, the customer.
