Does anyone know where I can get the pillow top that is used for the ring bearer pillow in this design?

I did not buy this book here, as I used it 35 years ago for my first marriage. I found, and still find this to be one of the best patterns that incorporates both wedding motifs as well as faith-based motifs. It is also "male-friendly", rather than so frilly or "girly", as many of the wedding ones are. I am not a big fan of samplers or the country look, so this was a wonderful option that a man will like as well.
