floss
I'm looking at the floss chart. Those numbers 2012 and higher are unfamiliar to me. What are they?

Those are numbers for packets of Mill Hill beads. These patterns are beaded as well as being cross stitched. This designer is famous and each design is unique and stunning.

If you don't know how to bead with cross stitch,.there are videos on the internet at yioutube.com
and I downloaded and printed several things at about.com
where you can ask/search questions in many areas. Their cross stitch info is accurate.

MISS CROSSSTITCH YOU ARE GIVING THE WRONG INFORMATION AGAIN!

The numbers in the supply list that occur after tbe last listing of floss are MILL HILL BEADS. The beads are often listed with a longer number, as on the packages of the beads, but it is only the last 3 or 4 numbers that identify or tell you what to buy.

How did I know this? Not ESP!
I merely had loaded my "cart" here on ECS, with this chart and ALL of the listed supplies. Then I went to the cart, and checked the list. Everything listed for supplies that is listed after "white", (the last DMC floss on the suppply list) is a pack of .................MILL HILL BEADS!
Then, after looking at all the great besd colors, I sadly clicked on "empty cart" and I had an empty cart. Thus, I now know, just as I said before, that these numbers are BEADS.

If you don't read the entire question, or if you don't know the answer, please don't give answers that are fabricated. New folks to the chat site might deduce that people employed by ECS are liars. We sure don't this company to suffer and losses because someone gets the wrong information in a chat gruip answer. Please don't guess at anseers.
I hope this stitcher sees this note, or she might be on unending hunt for "metallic" threads that are actually beads!

I was trying to find out how expensive the supplies were before committing to buying the chart.
I know how expensive mill hill beads are. I have decided to pass on it

The cost of $1.40 is for a package of beads, not an individual bead. You get a lot of beads in a package, usually way more than you need for a project.
