Google for a conversion to DMC. It won't be an exact match but might do in a pinch. I like to use 3 strands of thread on 14 count aida so of course I run out. I was going to order more when I came across the conversion listing.

I had some old leftover #17150, and stuck it in the baggie with my DMC #792, because I couldn't tell them apart. No matter what light I held them in, I couldn't tell the difference. Ultimately, when I used them together in the same piece, I didn't see any difference at all, and neither did DH. Maybe that would work for you?
