Hi,
This is NOT a kit. It is a pattern. You can differentiate between a pattern or a kit if you look at the "Category" area when you tap on the title of the picture which leads you to a small box that has the word "Category" in it. You would need to buy the pattern, floss and the fabric to do this HAED angel.
Having done a few of these HAED angels, they are really beautiful when finished and framed.
I am NOT an employee of Everything Cross Stitch but one of the stitchers that is on this "Chat" message board and saw your question. Hope this helps! :0

The list of floss given includes all the colors except DMC 284Z, and I suspect you'll need more white. This is a Lavender and Lace angel, btw, not quite as much work as a HAED.

OOPS! Simon is correct. It is a Lavender and Lace and not an HAED design. Mea culpa! As Simon stated, the list of DMC floss is listed for you to buy. Thanks Simon for the correction. Just came back from grocery shopping and the brains are still reeling from the grocery bill! Besides, I've been in HAED mode a LOT lately....

I knew you had done several of these! Just a slip!

FYI The floss listed will indicate if more than one skein is necessary. This information comes from the pattern company, not ECS.

This is an earlier pattern, before the multiple skeins were listed.

Has anyone done the Angel of Hope? I have the pattern but haven't done it yet.

This is just the pattern, the supplies come seperately. Just click "select all" in the supplies list then add to cart and the supplies will be added to your shopping cart. Hope this helps!

I have Weeks, gentle arts, anchor as well as DMC: thank you for giving me the incentive to check for conversion charts. When I was collecting the over dyed floss a number of year, the conversion charts didn't seem to be available.

I stitched this pattern (and many other Lavender and Lace angels) in the early '90s. She came out glorious and quite large. She was the first angel I did, and had her professionally framed. My mother still has her and all my other angels on her walls. I'm a very quick stitcher and I recall she took me about a month to finish.
