disapointed
hi i was kind of disappointed about this when i got it cause there is no thread that came with it!!! :( and then when i looked on the back of paper it showed me that i had to buy the thread separate yet another disapointment .. i have always bought stuff from this sight and will continue to do so but i am just a little frustrated about it all

Under the title and manufacturer you will see 'Product Type'. If the item is a kit (includes fabric AND floss), it will say so under Product Type. The majority of the items on this site are patterns only and it states that as well under Product Type. If you have questions about a product, contact Customer Service either by phone or email. Don't be disappointed with ECS. The stitchers on this chat board love ECS. They have great Customer Service. Feel free to ask questions here about anything!

We sell many different products on our website and the best way to tell what a certain product is, is to look at the “Product Type” information that is located to the right of the picture of the product on our website. Below are the categories and an explanation about them.
Product Type: Cross Stitch Patterns - means it's just a counted cross stitch design and the supplies will have to be purchased separately for it. The supplies, such as the floss and fabric will be listed right underneath of the pattern on our website. So, if you choose, you can purchase everything at one time or you can just select the items you need based on our stash at home and go from there.
Product Type: Cross Stitch Kit - means it's a counted cross stitch kit that comes with everything you will need to stitch that design. If an item is a kit, it will also give the name of the manufacturer, such as Dimensions or Janlynn and a supply list will not be listed for these items since everything already comes inside the kit.
Product Type: Stamped Cross Stitch Kit - means it's a stamped cross stitch kit and the fabric has the design already stamped on it. The floss and other items needed for the design will also be included since it’s a kit. Again, the manufacturer of the product will be given as well.
Product Type: Stamped Stitchable- means it's an item where the fabric has the design stamped on it but the supplies such as the floss and needles, etc...will have to be purchased separately. You are just purchasing the fabric stamped design. These items are not kits. **This information is also given on the "Stamped Projects" page of our website just before you start browsing stamped kits or stamped items**

Looking at the Product Type to the right of the item or the Description of the product underneath the picture is the best way to go and you can always contact us either on here for via email if you have any questions about a certain product.
