ECS does not sell electronic patterns or send by e-mail. All of the patterns on the ECS website are leaflets or paper patterns which are mailed through the U. S. Post Office. You need to order the pattern and related supplies (thread, fabric, etc.) and the staff will mail it to you shortly. The ECS staff are very good at customer service. If you have more questions, contact the customer service department listed at the top of the website.

The products on our website get shipped out to you and they are not available for digital download. There are websites out there that have patterns and designs available for download and checking out www.patternsonline.com is a good place to start :) Hope this helps! Thank you.
