Hi. I purchased the wedding collage kit (999-5012)today at my local wal-mart and when I opened the package I did not have the right side. Could you please send that to me? My daughter is getting married in April and I would really like to be able to make this beautiful cross stitch pic for her. Thank you in advance for your attention to this e-mail.

HELLO KATIE - I am not an employee of Everything Cross Stitch. This Chit Chat is used by stitchers who want to give advice and share ideas with other stitchers. It is not the right place for customer service or problems with a product.

I am not trying to be rude. However, I don't understand why you are asking for this company to fix a problem with a kit that you bought at WalMart.

The solution to your problem is to contact Janlynn directly and ask them for replacement fabric.

Congratulations on the upcoming wedding. I am sure that this gift will be cherished.

You can call the manufacturer, janlynn atn1-800-445-5565. You will need to have the name and number of the kit and be specific about what you need. Be prepared to leave them your name, address and phone number, in case they have questions. I have never bought anything at Walmart. You might also complain to them...they ars the retailer!

Hello Katie,

The other two posters are correct in their responses to you. You will have to go through the manufacturer of the kit to get any type of missing items or replacement items. We are an online retailer that sells Janlynn kits, but we are not the company that puts them together and distributes them. Janlynn's website is www.janlynn.com and I believe another poster gave you a phone number. Just let them know what you need and they will take care of you :) Thank you and good luck :)
