No, it looks to me like a counted pattern. If it were stamped it would say so in the information area on its page. There -is- a whole category for stamped items in the list at the left :)

This is just a counted cross stitch pattern. If you are looking for stamped products, just click on the link to your left under the Search box that states "Stamped Project". That is the are that we have our stamped products available. Everything else on the website is counted cross stitch :) Hope this helps!
