Running out of floss!

I purchased this kit through amazon a while ago, and have been working on it for a few months. First of all, this is AMAZING, and thank you so much for creating such a beautiful project. I am enjoying it very much.
Unfortunately, this is one of my first projects (ever) so it has taken me a while to get things sorted through - and in the process of that, I have snapped a few strings that are essential to finishing this piece, especially 032, the glowing thread that is needed in so many parts. Is there any way to purchase this or possibly - just possibly - get a sample refill?

This is a KIT that you bought through Amazon, then your best bet is to contact Dimensions to request the floss or speciality thread you need through them. A lot of the kits have a phone number on their packaging where you can contact the manufacturer of the Kit for any concerns. Good Luck. Beautiful picture.

Probably what you need is a spool of blending filament. That's a clear floss that you usually use with a sttrand of colored floss to make it sparkle. This site does sell a Pearl Blending Filament so you could probably order it from them (Everything Cross Stitch). Your other options is to contact the manufacturer as previously recommended.
