We are located in the US and we do offer international shipping options. First Class International shipping can take anywhere between 10-20 business days and Priority Mail International can take 6-10 business days. Hope this helps :) Thank you.

Hey there from another Canadian. I just wanted to say I've been buying from ECS since 2009 or so and even with regular international shipping it generally only takes about a week and I've never had an issue with customs (I have with other websites but never with ECS). I'm in AB, for reference and can say they are a great company when buying from up north :)

Do we get charged the exchange or what it says in the checkout?
I am just trying to confirm everything before I go ahead and put
my credit card in, I don't like surprises....

You will get charged whatever exchange your credit card company charges. Right now a $10 USD order will cost you about $13.22. There will be exchange on any shipping charges too.
