This is a Dimensions kit and they have their own type of thread. You will have to contact Dimensions directly to get anymore thread that you need. Everything Cross Stitch is just the company that sells the kits so any problems you have you need to go to the designing company.

Dimensions takes forever to answer. I know, I had to send for some once.

Therefore, I now keep all their leftover thread, and I can send you two of that color. If you need another one, I'll be finishing up a Christmas one of theirs and may have extra in a few weeks. Just let me know if two is not enough..

The two strands will be out to you in Monday's mail.

Any replacement items for kits will have to come from the manufacturer. We do sell this kit but we are not the actual manufacturer and therefore we do not have any replacement supplies to send out. All you would have to do is contact Dimensions and let them know what you need and they will get it out to you. Here is there contact information:
