Fabric question
My Mom is a master quilter. I'd like to make this one as the center piece for another quilt (I just finished a butterfly lap quilt that she is currently turning into a queen sized quilt). If I order it with linen instead of Aida, will it be prestamped on the fabric or does the pattern come in a way to iron it on the fabric?

This is a counted cross stitch pattern. You can stitch it on linen if you wish. It does not come stamped or in an iron on format. Look in the box on the left side of the screen. You will see a line for "stamped projects" that you can look for something else.

I am not an employee. Just a stitcher who saw your question

This is probably a counted cross stitch design with the whole fabric being filled with stitches. That's the way H&E does most of their designs. As a quilter myself, I'm not sure that I would want to put all of the time, energy and effort into stitching this design only to turn it into a quilt that is going to be washed. Even if it's only washed infrequently, that could end up really destroying the stitching over time. H & E designs are also usually quite large so it could take a REALLY long time to stitch this up. However, it would be truly lovely when finished. So, whatever you decide, good luck.
