mailing date
\I ordered the pattern for the Santa train stocking about 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing about when it will be sent. I was hoping to make it for christmas'. Can you help me? thank you

I am not an employee of Everything Cross Stitch. This forum is actually for stitchers like you and I to share helpful hints and ideas.

If you have an issue with a specific product or an order you need to contact the Customer Service Department.

Unfortunately, ECS has closed down for the holiday week-end so you will have to contact them Monday morning.

Have you checked your order status on the site? Click on your name in the upper right (Where it says You're logged in as: ) That will bring up your account. Click on the tab on the far right, I think it's called Order/Billing History. That will show all your orders, the billing status (in case it hasn't gone through on your card yet) and the shipping status.

But for more detailed info, yes, you'll have to call customer service when they open again Monday. :)

Any order related questions, should be directed to our Customer Service department. Just simply contact us by phone or email and one our customer service reps will be able to assist you with any issues relating your order. Make sure to have your order number handy so they are able to look up the order in a timely manner for you. We were closed for the holiday and weekend so if you did email already, then please be patient for a reply. Reply times were a bit slower than usual due to it being a holiday.
