You should be able to purchase any color you would like from this site. Simply bring up Everything Cross Stitch and go into the "search" function and key in 14 count Aida or whatever you decide you want to use and it should bring up a selection for you.

Like the previous poster stated, you can change the color of the aida cloth to a different color. Just purchase a different color from the selection on ECS's website under "Cross Stitch Fabric" on the far left side.

I assume you want to stitch this Christmas stocking for a baby girl since you want to use pink instead of blue.

Actually I am just stitching this for a girl whose favorite color is pink followed by purple. I am way behind on getting Christmas stockings done for the family.
I did find and search the fabric selection, but in comparing this website, with bing's search on colors, I felt like my computer was not showing me true colors, your "Bo-Peep" color is pretty pale but other sites have it as a brighter color. So I needed someone to be my eyes and compare.
Also I will be using the hand dyed/over dyed floss, so I am not worried about the actual colors in the kit matching the new color of fabric, since I will not be using them.
My next question is can I buy it cut to the size I need or do I need to purchase a set prepackaged amount?

I believe you can purchase exactly the size you need. But you need to contact Everything x-st Customer Service line and they can tell you for sure.
