This is our design, it can be stitched on any Aida count you like. To work out the size in inches you divide the stitch count by the Aida count. So this design is 300w x 200h in stitches, divided by 18 is approx 17inches x 11.5inches. You need to also leave at least an extra 3 inches all around the design as well to help with framing. So your fabric should be at least 23 x 17.5 inches (58.5cm x 44.5cm).
