I just pulled up the file for this design and you are right!! There is not an alphabet included on any of pages! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We are contacting Kooler Design Studio today to let them know about this error and we will get a revised (and correct) version of the design here soon. If you could please email Jennifer in our customer service department at sales@everythingcrossstitch.com and let her know that you are needing a new copy of the design when we get it. I have already informed her about this error and she will be the one communicating with Kooler Design Studio so when she gets the corrected pattern, she will be able to just send you a new one. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and I do apologize about this error.
