It will ask you for all of your ordering information such as shipping and billing addresses and payment information. These are products that you have to cross stitch yourself. So you will have to stitch the stocking and it will come with an alphabet so you can personalize it any way you want. But we do not stitch or create the items for you. We are just an online retailer of cross stitching products :)
