Go to www.stoneycreek.com. They had a pattern in a magazine (2008) with playing cards. It sat atop a wooden box and two decks of cards inside. I don't know if they still have that magazine available.

The pattern shown with your question is available at www.artecy.com either as a down-able or a paper version to be mailed to you. Also, I saw a vertical pattern of playing cards at this web site. Artecy.com is located in Australia, operated by Tereena Clarke. She's very helpful.

Either way, you'll need to purchase your supplies (fabric, floss, needles) separately. They are not kits.
