ECS only sends patterns by mail. There are other sites on the net, including patternsonline.com which is owned by the same parent company as ECS, that have downloadable patterns.

If you want to change the size of this, you can easily do so by changing the count of fabric you use. Use the fabric calculator on this site, or divide by the stitches per inch of the fabric to determine what size the end product will be.
