I have this kit. The frame is included. The backing is not included. The frame is a very pretty color. However, the frame is made out of junky plastic.

If I were you (and with too many grands and greatgrands to.count, I am, in sense), I would make a trip to Michaels, or another chain store, to purchase a 5x7 frame. I gramed mine in white frames (5x7 is a standard size, so no expensive custom framing). I picked out frames that ate nice whte frames that can either hang on a wall or sit on a table.

I included a note to the parenys that the frame contains glass and must be out of reach of the kidlets. Or...you vann splurge amd ask Michaels to cut some plexigas (plastic) to replace the glass. I am very lucky to have a framer and a husband who will do this for me.
