At this time, our distributor doesn't have a date listed for when this product is expected to be back in stock with them :( You can still place an order for items that are back order and once we receive the item back in stock, we will ship out your order. Most products usually stay out of stock for 2 weeks but we keep any orders that have back ordered items on them for 30 days just in case.

Yes. If for some reason the item gets discontinued or the back ordered item goes longer than 30 days, we will cancel your order and refund you for the canceled item when 30 days is up :)

Sheilaann, I did this pattern for my friend who had guinea pigs. It is very neat! Keep your fingers crossed that ECS gets this pattern back in stock.

One more question: If I order this item, along with several things that are currently in stock, can you just ship the things that are in stock separately, or will the entire order be delayed? Thanks.

Yep :) That is exactly what we would do. We would ship anything we have for your order and keep your order on file for any items that are back ordered or out of stock. Once the item(s) come in to us, we will get them shipped out to you :)
