You can call Customer Service at 1-800-800-8517 tomorrow (Monday, May 1). ECS is closed on weekends. They have an excellent customer service! Kristi may also see your chat question tomorrow on the message board since It is monitored by ECS! :)

I think she might mean that there are lines/squares on the picture and would those be on the real pattern. Just a guess... :)

Yes, I see those lines on my picture as well. That's just on the image and for some reason, those white lines appeared when we tried to stretch out the image to get a better enlargement. The design itself (as well as the chart) will not have those lines on it at all. Sorry for any confusion!

I have actually done this picture in a paint by number and framed it. I turned out pretty nice. Along with cross stitching, quilting, and various other crafts, I also like to paint. I used to do ceramics years ago and have even tried my hand a Bob Ross painting. Didn't do too bad. Now, Painting with a Twist is popping up all over the place around here. Got to get to one of those sessions!
