I made a ring bearer pillow for my wedding. I stitched the design and then stitched that fabric on top of an already finished pillow I found at Walmart... not sure if that helps, but it is an option.

I think Stony Creek has one and it may be available here on ECS site. That's what I found when I googled it. If you can't find it on this site visit Stoney Creek's site. They showed a pamphlet with six patterns, one of which was a ring bearer pillow.
