The white frame is produced by "The Family Tree Frame Company". I would suggest you call the ECS "customer service" department on Monday and ask if they have it. If not, then go to the "Stitches 'N Things" website and click on "frames"; I believe they have white frames that are similar to this model by this company. I am not an employee of ECS, but one of the stitchers on this chat board that saw your question. :)

Unfortunately, we do not have these frames available. The only frames we have are the ones listed on our website under our "Frames" section, which is under the "Needles, Hoops & Supplies" Product category. Usually, the designer puts the frame information on the leaflet to let people know where to purchase the frame that is shown for their stitched model so the information is more than likely on the chart itself. If not, you might have to contact the designer to ask where you can get the specific frame.
