You will have to contact our Customer Service department via email or phone regarding your return and exchange for your order. We don't do any order issues via the message boards just due to privacy issues. You can contact them either by phone 800-800-8517, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST or you can email them at sales@everythingcrossstitch.com. Just make sure to give them your order number so they can look up the correct order and information for you.

If you're stitching this design on 14ct or 18ct. Aida, then you will be stitching it over 1. If you switch to an evenweave like a linen or jobelan than you would stitch it over 2. I believe all of the designs for Artecy are done on 14ct. over 1 but you can always change the fabric to whatever count and color that you choose :) Hope this information helps! Thanks!

I believe it should be over one on Aida....unless you want it to be 43" by 30"???
