Hello all my great stitching friends! Need your input, please!
So, I just ordered and received this pattern.
After I spent quite a few minutes studying the picture and the pattern, I'm thinking it might look better stitched on 18 ct Aida rather than the 14 ct I bought for it.

What do you all think? It's for my daughters wedding next summer, and I want it to look good!

Thanks! Your opinions matter!!

I am currently working on Artecy's Checking It twice. I started on 14 count and just didn't like the way it looked, so I switched to 18 count, and it is so much better. I also found 2 threads on the 18 count give great coverage, I needed 3 threads for the 14 count, so that is a consideration too. Don't forget that the finished project will be smaller with the 18 count. Just a few things to think about.

With so much exposed aida in the background, I would go with 18 ct. I've done some with 14 count exposed and it just doesn't look as polished to me.

If you can stitch on linen this would look nicer on 28 count ,stitched over 2

I do all my cross stitch on 18 count. It fills in much better than 14 and when it is done you really can not see that it is a bunch of colored "x's". They really look like a professional picture. I don't think my eyes would be able to do any smaller than 18 unfortunately.
