Yes, per the project specifications listed to the right of the picture, this design is meant to be stitched on 14ct.

Project Specifications:
Stitch Count 190w x 180h
Project Size13.6" x 12.9" on 14cnt

However, you can stitch the design on any count or color of fabric that you choose :)

Meant to be 14 count...but there's no reason you can't do it on something else. Just need to figure out the finished size you would like.
