They are not retailers and do not deal with retail customers.

This retail site has this very pattern. You could call customer service at 1-800-800-8517, M-F, 8-5, EST. They are closed on holidays, and weekends. They might be willing to get one booklet out of inventory and slowly read the words to you, or you can buy the chart for only $6.76 (it is on sale).
