Supplies
I notice that for most products sold on this site you have the option to purchase the necessary floss. Why is this not available for this product?

It is available. The product listing and the supplies list are not always done at the same time. It is very time consuming to list all the supplies because it has to be done line by line. Kristi, who has this responsibility, should see your request and give it priority on Monday. If you don't see a reply by mid-morning contact Customer Service for assistance.

With the holidays approaching, you have to understand that they have an inventory of over 10,000 patterns and many are arriving daily. Just entering that data is time-consuming and each staff member seems to have lots of tasks. If you can hold on until Monday, Kristi from ECS will be in the office.
ECS is not open nights, weekends and holidays. They are open 8-5, EST. You can call their customer service folks at
1-800-800-8517 during the times they are there. You can click on Customer Care and find out their e-mail address. I am not an employee of ECS. I am a chatter in this group.

Hello,

Kristi here from ECS :) Unfortunately, not all of our designs here at ECS will have a supply list for them at this time. This is something that we are always working on but with the amount of designs we have and keep adding, this process does take a lot of time. So we try do as many as we can at certain times and then I have other projects to work on :) However, if there isn't a supply listed for a specific design and you would like for us to get it posted, just contact us either on here or via email and we will get up within the business day for you. I have added the supplies for the design requested so you should see everything listed there now. Hope this helps :) Thanks so much!!
